Returns and Refunds Policy

If you wish to return any dry product please contact [email protected] within 10 days of receipt of delivery.  Due to the nature of the product only defective products will be considered for return.

  1. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or item, please contact us at [email protected] for an exchange. Provide details of the product and the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

  1. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

  1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. There is a limited window in which we may be able to cancel the order before it is processed and dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us at your expense. Ensure you obtain sufficient postal insurance to cover the value of the items, as you are responsible for any loss or damage during the return process.

If you cancel or return part of an order that was part of a conditional sale, promotion, or free delivery offer, the offer may no longer apply. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge you for any discounts or free delivery received as part of the conditional offer.
